Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance for counseling services. We highly recommend that you check with your insurance company to see if your plan allows for reimbursement of out-of-network claims. While you will be the one responsible for filing a claim, we will do our best to provide for you, upon request, the documentation required by your provider.

What is an Intake Session? Can I book one now?

Your intake session is a time for the therapist to get to know you.  It is a time for you to share your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. It is a time to evaluate if it is a good fit. Your clinician will use the information gathered at this 60 minute initial appointment to create a plan of therapy that is unique to your situation.
